Interior design for the office of VTB Infrastructure Holding, which occupies an entire floor in Moscow City with a complex, almost circular geometry and panoramic glazing.
The layout was developed around the shape of the building: radial axes and curved lines organize movement, make routes easy to read, and provide even daylight distribution across the workstations. Within one unified space, we were able to accommodate three holding teams — VTB IH, PUSK, and OSA — while maintaining a clear overall logic and удобной навигацией between the different zones
At the core of the floor are meeting rooms and service areas, while the perimeter is occupied by open-space clusters for 6 to 14 people, executive offices, and focus niches for concentrated work. We designed a conference room and meeting rooms for different group sizes, executive areas, print zones and coffee points, a server room, archives, wardrobes and lockers, rest rooms, a staff dining area and kitchen, as well as showers and changing rooms.
For zoning, we used mobile partitions that provide additional acoustic comfort. The same idea shaped the use of different phone booths: some work as fully functional focus workstations, while others are lighter suspended solutions for calls and quick conversations.
We also created lounge areas for employees — places where they can reset physically, whether by playing table tennis or foosball, or simply unwinding after an intense day in hanging swing chairs.
The interior is built around light natural materials, graphite lines, and precise blue brand accents. In the waiting area, we placed a gallery of the holding’s key projects and a display of awards. Hexagonal motifs appear in the lighting and surface relief as a reference to engineering systems and structured thinking.
