INTERIOR DESIGN FOR THE DELUXE RESIDENCES OF EVGENYEVSKY QUARTER
We began working on this project back in 2025, when together with the Formula City development team we created planning solutions for all residences in the deluxe Evgenyevsky Quarter in the center of St. Petersburg, Russia.
Six buildings and thousands of square meters — but the more important part is this: future owners received residences that are comfortable to live in from day one, without full demolition or complicated reconfiguration approvals. Based on our ergonomic layouts, we developed six interior concepts, each with its own character and identity. Our goal is to help every client find a home that feels right for them.
