DELMAR RESTAURANT

Interior design for a large destination restaurant on the shore of the Gulf of Finland. The concept is inspired by the sea: the main dining room is finished in light sand and turquoise tones, while the ceiling is detailed with timber beams reminiscent of a ship’s structure.

The layout is designed around different guest scenarios. It includes a main dining room overlooking the pine park, separate VIP rooms for private events, and an open-air summer terrace.

Natural materials — wood, rattan, and linen — create a relaxed resort atmosphere. Delmar became a popular destination outside the city, combining gastronomy with the calm mood of the northern seaside.
